As part of the protected sale, the owner of a complete ticket has the right to purchase a ticket for their seat at the box office from Wednesday, August 13 to Saturday, August 16, and online at ulaznice.nk-rijeka.hr. The protected sale will also be valid on Sunday, August 17, but tickets can only be purchased online at ulaznice.nk-rijeka.hr until 23:59. Sunday is the last day for ticket holders to keep their seats. On Monday, August 18, the free sale of tickets begins, at the box office from 16:00, online from 13:00. Children under 16 have a 50% discount, and retirees have a 50% discount on family sectors. Tickets for the north stand can only be purchased by members of HNK Rijeka and KN Armada. The change of ticket holder can only be made at the box office, and it is not possible on the day of the match. When purchasing a ticket, it is mandatory to present a personal document with a photo, a membership card, and a subscription to take advantage of the benefits. The box office working hours are from Wednesday to Friday from 16:00 to 21:00. On Saturday, August 16, on the day of the match against Dinamo, the western box office will work from 16:00, the eastern from 19:00. On Thursday, August 21, on the day of the match, the western box office will work from 16:00, the eastern from 18:00.
