HNK Rijeka has started its summer preparations in Kranjska Gora without Merveil Ndockyt, who is close to a transfer to Morocco. Rijeka will play three friendly matches, and several well-known players are not in the squad.
28 players have started preparations, including Todorović, Nwolokor, Ivan Marić, Kovač, Oreč, Husić, Majstorović, Devetak, Bodetić, Kitin, Vešligaj, Legbo, Dantas, Ćubelić, Lasickas, Pavić, Barco, Cletus, Jankov, Gojak, Vignato, Puljić, Jurić, Adu Adjei, Saho, Thaqi, Rukavina and Grulović.
Ndockyt is close to a transfer to Morocco, and his absence from the squad has further confirmed speculation that he could soon end his stint with Rijeka.
